About
Chicago Code Monkeys is a consulting shop run by Robert Wafle out of Chicago. The work spans software, infrastructure, and the boring middle layer where most production incidents actually live.
Rob has been writing software since 1996. Most of those years were spent fixing things other people built and building things that have to keep running long after he rolls off the engagement. The clients have ranged from Fortune 500 modernization programs to small teams in logistics, healthcare, finance, and blockchain.
Rob served in the U.S. Army from 2003 to 2004 as an Information Systems Operator and Analyst. The shop is veteran-owned and operated.
The work taken on now leans toward problems that need senior judgment more than they need another framework. If that sounds like what you are dealing with, the phone number is on every page.
